What We’re Looking For in Board Members
We’re seeking professionals with a passion for inclusion and experience in the following areas:
- Governance & Compliance: Nonprofit policy, legal oversight, or risk management.
- Financial Oversight: Budgeting, accounting, or financial management.
- Fundraising & Development: Sponsorships, grant writing, or donor engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Long-term growth and sustainability.
- Program Expertise: Allied professionals (e.g., therapists, educators) to guide family-centered initiatives.
Time Commitment:
On average, board members contribute 2–5 hours per month, including quarterly board meetings and an annual planning session. Time commitments are flexible and may vary based on your availability and expertise.
